Troy Arnott

Troy is the senior leader at New Community, is married to Bronwyn, and oversees the direction and missional aspect of New Community.

Bronwyn Arnott

Bron has shared pastoral leadership with Troy since the inception of New Community. She is also a Chaplain working part time in a local primary school.

Julie Wells

Julie has been on pastoral leadership since the inception of New Community. She oversees training at New Community, is a high school teacher, and is committed to equipping people to serve God more effectively.

Steve Prescott

Steve is the associate pastor and oversees the Spiritual Formation and Operations of New Community.

David Stapleton

David oversees the area of prayer in the life of New Community. He is a scientist working in the Bio21 laboratory with Melbourne University.

Tania Papageorgiou

Tania oversees the Way to Go young peoples focus at New Community. Her enthusiasm is infectious.

Alan Harman

Alan heads up our Executive team and is their representative on our Leadership team. He is an accountant working with Pitcher Partners.

Bronwyn and Peter Steele

Bron and Pete oversee the Young Adult arena of New Community. Bron is a primary school teacher whilst Pete is an engineer working with Boeing.
